Fun 5K run to benefit The Beach House. Saturday Nov. 12th, 10am!

BEACH House shelter provides crisis shelter for youth ages 10 – 17 who display runaway, truant, and ungovernable behaviors. Families in conflict often need a break from each other.  BEACH House provides a short time out period ( 10-14 days) which gives families an opportunity to cool off so they can begin to work on the family issues. The aim is to enhance family communication skills and reunification.  Services include shelter, food, clothing, individual and group counseling, life skills, education, and referral. Our emphasis is on teaching conflict resolution and enhancing decision making skills.
